Yeah, I know what you mean. I read a fic and everyone says they cried and kind of don't. I may think it's sad or something, but when reading something I cry even less that I laugh. Laughter when reading is coming easier to me. Pretty honest still. I laugh when I just can't not laugh. I have stories that I have been told to put a tissue warning on (namely my first one shot "Deja Vu No More" and stories that I have been told have a tissue warning. I just don't cry much when reading. When I do though, I can't stop.

Well, even if you don't show it "out loud", just the fact that the stories touch your emotions; that's what truly counts. I'm highly emotional and very sentimental, so I cry easily and laugh until my sides ache! Especially when I'm here at home by myself and no one can see me!

They do touch me, just not always visibly.

Hey Es! I just realised that I havent actually welcomed/ thanked you yet... You have such a pretty first name! Thanks for inviting me! Thank you for what you said about my first name. Marie is truly my middle name, but I heard the song "I Dream of Jeannie" so often and got asked, "Hey, Jeannie! Grant me a wish!" so often that I added the two together. It's also because we had two Jeannie's at my work, and everyone already knew her as Jeannie, so I added my middle name to mine. I chose Esmeralda as my online name because when we were just kids, we used to play witches and I always used that name. I must've seen it on a cartoon or something. My little brother played my black cat, Spooky. I don't even remember the rest of the names we used. Everyone calls me Es so often on so many sites that I just stick to that...having someone call me Jeannie or Jeannie Marie online seems WEIRD! And I'm *very* glad that you decided to join and bring "Cole's Pain at Christmas" here!!

Marie seems to be a common middle name; it does seem to make the whole name seem prettier somehow.
Your mention of your baby made me sadly smile.
And I'm also very happy that all of my favorite people are slowly but surely making their way over here!

Es, you have 666 posts! Uh oh!
The name is pretty in the first place, but yeah, the added touch does make it prettier!
And we have to smile, she would have been lovely!

Oops!! You're right about the 666! Gotta change that in a hurry!! As for the rest--you're right! I think it's the fact that Marie has the accent on the second syllable that helps it make other names seems so nice. And I'm sure she would've been...look who she would've been lucky enough to have as a mother!

Aww. Don't say that sweetie! *hug* I'm sure that you would've been (and still will be, one of these days) an excellent Mom -- just trust me on that one.
